In these uncertain times, we have introduced some temporary changes in our service during the coronavirus pandemic. We hope that with these changes we can continue to provide the very best service to you.
We have reduced the number of cooks working in our kitchen at any one time and have staggered our times across the working day. We practice regular hand washing and continue to practice good hygiene by continuous cleaning of our kitchen. All our thermo boxes are sanitised when they return to our kitchen and all crockery is washed at 86 degrees to reduce the risk of contamination. We all practice social distancing within the building and have reduced the number of staff on site at any one time.
Protecting our customers and our drivers is our main priority, therefore our friendly drivers are trained in no-contact deliveries. We can just simply leave your lunch on your doorstep or leave it in your safe place. Just let us know at the time of ordering.
However, sometimes this is not possible so we can also enter your home if you have difficulties getting to your door. We will practice strict social distancing and all our drivers wear masks and protective gloves to keep everyone as safe as possible.
In addition, all our drivers have been supplied with hand sanitiser and will sanitise their hands before and after each delivery.
Rest assured, we will continue to help you as much as possible and ensure that your hot lunch will be safely delivered to you.
